Disco and Pamper Party Room

Disco, Pamper or Pyjama parties for your glamour girls!

Best suited for ages 6-12 years.

For all those fashion divas who love dancing, karaoke and make-up - this is what you want! This party room is a glittery treat with mirror balls, flashing lights a karaoke stage and more. All your guests get the star treatment, first choosing a gorgeous outfit from our funky party wardrobe then it's time for glitter make-up - and maybe a scary spider for the boys! Next it's onto our popstar stage for some idol style karaoke. All the favourites are here from High School musical, Hannah Montana and the latest pop hits through to Abba and the chicken dance! Activities in this room include karaoke on our disco stage, dance copycat, limbo, musical statues, pass the parcel, popstar bingo and more! For something a bit different, why not book a pyjama party in this room? Guests come dressed in their pjs and play many of the favourite disco games mentioned as well as some specific pyjama party activities.

Pamper Hairstyling Parties

Great for girls aged 9 +. Generally a 2 hour party time is needed.

Now on to the ideal party for your older girls! Our pamper parties are exactly that - a pamper session with all the favourite girly inclusions! As with a disco party the girls can choose funky outfits to wear and then it's time for the makeover! Throughout the party each of the girls have their hair styled by one of our talented staff as well as having some glitter, shimmer make-up, a relaxing footspa treat, bracelet beading, nail pampering with every nail polish colour imaginable, karaoke and so much more! Along with all of the makeover activities we also try and fit in at least a couple of party games too.

Forest Room Disco Party

Great for younger girls or as an option if our disco room is booked out.

Our disco room is often booked out months in advance, or if you have younger children - you may want to book a disco party in our forest room. We have a fantastic, sparkly 'disco backdrop' curtain that we pull across the forest mural wall - and voila! A karaoke stage is created for your guests to grab a microphone or for younger girls who may not be interested in karaoke, this option makes it easy to simply substitute fairy party games.

Magical Forest Party Room

Best suited for ages 4-6 years.

Our enchanting forest party room is a lush magical forest including grass flooring, a forest roof, trees and vines, a wall of mirror arches, sparkling fairy lights, an enchanting castle, a beautiful mural, and a wall of gorgeous fairy, princess, wizard and pirate costumes for both girls and boys to dress in. Never before have your fairies and wizards seen such a world!

Your birthday girl and all her guests will be delighted with the deluxe rainbow fairy outfits, princess skirts and wizard or pirate costumes they choose from as they arrive. After dressing the part, it's time for some real fairy and wizard MAGIC! Your guests (and parents!) will be mesmerised by this fun magical water garden activity using crystals, water, sparkly fairy dust and of course most importantly - MAGIC! Next it's time for some dancing with musical statues and maybe fairy limbo.. and then on to every fairies favourite game - pass the parcel. About half an hour into your party the children will take a quick break from games to sit down and have some much needed energy food and drink. Then many more games fill the remaining time including fairy and wizard bingo, the lollypop game and more!

Towards the end of the party, if you wish to take a group photo of everyone, your host will organise all your guests for this. Then the fairy princess cake will be brought in so everyone can sing happy birthday. Soon after,your birthday girl will hand out all of her party bags to thank everyone for coming and then it's time for the delicious cupcakes!

This room is often home to our fairy and princess themes however it is loved by all ages and you may want to choose one of our mobile party themes to run in this room. Pirate Party Room

Best suited for ages 4-7 years.

Ahoy there all young fearless pirates and mermaids! Aye, after long years of searching you have discovered a spectacular party place with treasure maps to follow, canon balls to launch, sneaky fish to snap up and an island room to explore. This action packed pirate or mermaid party will have young pirates bellowing "Ahoy!" for weeks to come. What's that ye say? Girls at a pirate party?! No problem! Mermaids are always welcome in the land of pirates....

Your birthday boy and all his guests will feel just like real pirates with the pirate t-shirts and captains hats they put on as they arrive. Of course there are mermaid skirts and silver crowns for any girls who would prefer to be mermaids. After dressing the part and learning some famous pirate words, it's time to begin the action with pirate and mermaid musical statues. Next your guests will show their skills in treasure map bingo and maybe a game of pirate pass the parcel. Usually about half an hour into your party the children will take a quick break from games to sit down and have some much needed energy food and drink. Then many more games and activities fill the remaining party time including a canon ball throwing team game, limbo, the lollypop game and much more!

Towards the end of the party, if you wish to take a group photo of everyone, your host will organise all your guests for this. Then the pirate cake will be brought in so everyone can sing happy birthday. Soon after,your birthday boy will hand out all of his party bags to thank everyone for coming and then it's time for the delicious cupcakes!

For birthday girls who are wanting something a bit different to the usual fairy or princess parties - we also run mermaid parties in this room. If you book a mermaid party you will have a mermaid host and the pirate games are replaced with exciting mermaid games and activities, including the magical water garden using crystals, glitter and magic flowers!

A hawaiian party theme is another great option in this room - or have a hawaiian party in the disco room - it's up to you.

At snack time we keep serving food for your guests until everyone is full! All hot food products are baked NOT fried and are 100% vegetarian. Party food includes hot chips, mini pizza breads, fresh fruit kebabs,fairy bread, tropical cordial and spring water.

What if I have guests attending with allergies?

If children attending have specific food allergies, parents are welcome to send a lunch box of food for us to serve their child at snack time. Click to see our food ingredients list.

Special order allergy free cupcakes

Allergy Free Cupcakes can be special ordered for eveyrone to replace the standard cupcakes at a small additional charge. Just advise us of the allergy at least 7 days before your party and our baker will accommodate. Please note minimum quantities apply to this option.For details please see our packages page.

Cupcake Towers

One of the biggest highlights of our parties is always our very own cupcake towers! We understand that kids don't always want to eat their cake straight away - but they still love a mighty large impressive cake. For that reason we designed and custom built our elaborate themed cupcake towers - and wow have they been a hit! At around 60cm high there is never a shortage of delighted squeals and jaws dropping in amazement as these are wheeled into the party rooms! And of course these are included in your package at no extra charge.

The delicious cupcakes...

The cupcakes in our cupcake towers are scrumptious chocolate cupcakes that are freshly baked by our very own baker. They are then iced with a delicious pink or blue piping and decorated on top with sparkly sprinkles - YUM!

Party Loot Bags

Included in your package are our fantastic party loot bags filled with individually wrapped confectionery such as lollypops and chews as well as great themed accessories. These vary depending on the theme and are also different for girls and boys. Examples of accessories included are: stickers, hi bounce balls, stretchy spiders, pirate eyepatches, hair accessories, bracelets, fairy tatoos and much more.

Parent Lounge Area

Seating for 8-10 adults during your party.

Your party booking automatically includes one of our two parent's lounge areas that can accommodate between 8-10 adults. You won't miss a minute of the party action since each of these rooms has a flat screen TV so you can watch everything that is going on in your child's party room. There is also complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits for you and your adult guests to help yourselves to. If you have a few extra adults stay who don't quite fit into the parent lounge, don't worry - there is plenty additional seating in our reception area and the hallway outside the party rooms. Please note that due to space restrictions, we are unable to hold family functions with large numbers of adults.

Taking Photographs and Video

You are welcome to take pictures or video of your own party.

Due to the complexity of Australian privacy laws we are not able to record the parties or take photographs on your behalf. However you are welcome to take pictures or video yourself. We recommend you get permission from all parents before your party for taking video or photographs of their children. For a helpful PDF on Australian privacy guidelines click here. Please note, due to the party atmosphere in the theme rooms - particularly the disco room, the lighting may be too dark for some video cameras.

Please note: with children always present we do not allow alcohol on premises.

Once your party is booked in and confirmed, we will print your personalised invitations, with all your party details, and post them to you (usually within 24 hours). We will also send you a confirmation letter with details of optional extras and upgrades you can add to your booking if you want. Then, in the week of your party, simply give us a call to confirm your guest numbers and show up on the day with your birthday child! No stress, no work and no mess afterwards!
